This talk demonstrates an adaptive framework that is based on the Kubernetes (K8s) ecosystem to set up a common platform across the device-edge-cloud continuum for the deployment of cloudified robotic applications with seamless 5G integration. It features simplified networking and deployment and provides holistic observability for both infrastructure and applications.

We also call for a co-design of communication, compute, and control applications to enhance overall system performance, leading to a new paradigm in robotics research and development.
